#1 ORDERING;

1. To order a slot, please read very carefully my terms of services (T.O.S), and order a slot either on VGEN, or through DMs (socials) which can be found in the link above.2. Availability and confirmation. Once I've reviewed your order, I'll personally confirm through DMs whether I’m currently available to take on your request. Please allow up to 48 hours for order review. If I'm completely booked or commissions are closed, I will inform you when slots will open again or add you to a waitlist if you'd like. You can check slots updates in my worklist section.3. Payment process. Payments are handled securely via Paypal and strictly through Friends and Family option. I require full payment upfront but if necessary, we can discuss a payment plan that works for you if the price exceeds a certain amount. Just let me know.4. Progress and communication. I'll keep you in the loop throughout the whole process. You'll hear from me again when your commission is up next once I begin working on your sketch. Depending on my queue or complexity of your requests. may take some time so I appreciate your patience! You can always check in through DMs or, verify your spot in my worklist section if you're curious.(For Information: I always work on commissions in order that they have been placed! First comes first served!)

#2 GENERAL INFOS;

› Please maintain a respectful and professional relationship throughout the commission process. Any inappropriate or unacceptable behaviour will result on the commission being cancelled and you being permanently blacklisted. It is your responsibility to read and understand my terms and conditions before ordering. If it becomes clear during the ordering or payment process that you have not read them, I may decline your request until you have done so or refuse it entirely.
› I reserve the right to decline any commission that I am uncomfortable with or don’t feel confident in completing.
› Do not send AI-generated images as references. I strongly oppose the use of AI in this way, and it’s also unreliable for accuracy.
› Proper credit is required whenever the commissioned artwork is shared online. You may not claim the art as your own, remove my signature/watermark, or allow others to do so.

EXTRA NOTES!

› Please avoid giving me full creative control without any direction. While I enjoy creative freedom, starting from scratch without a clear idea can slow the process and increase the risk of a result you don’t love. You know your characters best, more details you provide, the smoother and faster the process will be.
› Please allow 1 to 2 months for commission completion. In some cases, it may take longer depending on the orders complexity and demand. Kindly keep in mind that I have other responsibilities outside of art, so my progress can be slow and deliberate. If there are any significant delays, I will notify you.Kindly keep in mind that I am still a student and go to school, meaning that I have homework to deal with!
(I am always happy to answer any questions you have about your commissions or order status, don’t hesitate to reach out. However, please try to not send multiple messages in quick succession.)› My work may not be used for AI training, or any AI related projects under any circumstances. Any violation will result in an immediate and Permanent Ban from commissioning me in the future.
› Unless stated otherwise, all commissions are for personal use only. You may not sell, redistribute, reproduce or use the artwork for any commercial purposes without purchasing a Commercial License.

#3 PAYMENT INFOS;

› All prices are in EURO.
(I do not accept payment from any other platforms other than Paypal unless stated otherwise. I can, for example make exceptions for Ko-Fi or VGEN).
Commission work only start after the full payment is done, (exception to payment plans only).› There are strictly no refunds. No refunds will be issued once payment is made unless I am unable to complete your commission or must cancel for personal reasons. Please make sure you’re certain about your purchase, aware of my turnaround times, and financially ready before ordering as I do not work for free.
› Payment plans: payment plans are available for orders over 150 EURO or 200 EURO and above defending on the complexity.

! PAYMENT PLANS !

› Payment Plans are available for orders over 150€.› Additionally Payment Plans comes with a small fee of 3€ per transaction to compensate for the money lost in between the transactions.› I offer payment plans such as:
- 1 part payment (example; 150€ sent upfront)
- 2 part payment (example; 200€ sent in two times. 200€ +6€ = 206€. So, 103€ for the first payment! And another 103€ for the second payment. Second payment should be made after sketch is verified.
- 3 part payment (example; 200€ sent in three times. 200€ +9€ = 209€. So, 69,6€ for the first payment. Another 69,6€ for the second payment after sketch is verified. And the third, last payment to be made is to receive the final product.(There are definitely more available choices for Payments Plans concerning higher prices and we can discuss more of that in DMs)(The same concept goes for adoptable characters. Though, you will need to finish the whole plan before adopting the character).

! RUSHING FEES !

1. Please ask about availability before requesting a rush order. Rush fees cover priority scheduling and expedited work, not guaranteed revisions beyond the agreed deadline.
2. By requesting a rush order, the client agrees to provide prompt responses and any necessary references. Delays in communication or feedback from the client may affect the delivery date and do not qualify for a refund of the rush fee.
3. I reserve the right to decline rush orders if I am unable to meet the requested deadline.Rush fees are charged in addition to the base commission price:
• +25% - Completion within 7-14 days
• +50% - Completion within 3-7 days
• +100% - Completion within 72 hours

! COPYRIGHT INFO!

› I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless a confidentiality agreement has been arranged in advance.
› The client may not claim the artwork as their own, remove my signature (if present), or redistribute, resell, edit, or trace the artwork without my written permission.
› Commercial rights are non-exclusive unless otherwise stated. I retain the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and may sell prints or use the artwork for self-promotion unless an exclusivity agreement has been purchased.
› Purchasing a Commercial License transfers only the agreed-upon usage rights. Copyright and ownership of the artwork remain with the artist unless a separate copyright transfer agreement is made.› If in any case, you choose to not pay a Commercial Usage Tax, (which is +200% of the original price), your commission should strictly remain for Personal Use Only. In other words, your commission should cannot resell, or gain any kind of income of your commissioned art.› Copyright & Commercial License.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I retain full copyright to all artwork I create. Purchasing a commission grants the client a personal, non-commercial license to use the artwork for personal purposes only, such as profile pictures, wallpapers, printing for personal display, or sharing on personal social media with proper credit where possible. The artwork may not be used for any commercial purpose without purchasing a Commercial License. A Commercial License costs an additional 200% of the original commission price and permits the artwork to be used for profit-generating activities.!!! Commercial use includes, but is not limited to: Selling products featuring the artwork (prints, stickers, keychains, apparel, etc.). Using the artwork in advertisements or promotional materials.Branding for a business, company, or organization (logos, mascots, banners, packaging, etc.). Monetized content, including YouTube, Twitch, Patreon, Ko-fi, or other revenue-generating platforms where the artwork is a featured asset.
